privacy policy
no brakes: traffic rush (“the game”) is made by samer marmash. this explains what happens to your information when you play.
what stays on your device
your progress (levels, stars, scores, unlocked cars and paints), your settings and your local leaderboards are saved on your device only. deleting the game deletes them.
game center
if you are signed in to game center, your scores and achievements are sent to apple’s game center so they can appear on leaderboards. game center is run by apple under apple’s privacy policy. the game never sees your apple account details.
recordings and photos
if you record a clip or save a crash photo, the game asks for permission to add it to your photo library. it can only add new items; it cannot see or read your existing photos. nothing is uploaded anywhere.
purchases and ads
the game has no in-app purchases and no ads.
feedback
if you send feedback from the game, it opens your own mail app with a message you can read and edit before sending. nothing is sent unless you send it. emails are used only to answer you and improve the game.
children
the game does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.
changes
if this policy changes (for example, if advertising is added in a future version), the new version will be posted here with a new date, and the app store privacy details will be updated before that version is released.
